Exposure to multitude of industries, IT, Market Research, to handle Contract staffing and perm
staffing Spearheaded account growth, new business launch strategy, Delivery Management,
End to End Recruitment Process Management with a very strong focus on managing
relationships with hiring teams and business stakeholders. Great command of verbal and
written communication skills, comfortable and confident when speaking with all levels of the
business to understand business requirements. Experienced in working with cross-functional
teams using interactive and motivational leadership, maintained 3rd party relations and
coordinated in-house teams and have the ability to quickly build strong relationships with
decision-makers from senior executives down and be seen as a trusted talent advisor.

Coordinating with the Business , Understanding the requirements m Delegating it to the
Backend team , Self Sourcing , Interview Coordination , Follow up with the Business for
Interview Feedback , Client interaction and delivering technical resources Strong sales attitude to
successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets.
