The Sales Telemarketer is responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospects and customers, presenting products or services, and persuading them to make purchases or take desired actions This role requires effective communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts or talking points. Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the companys products or services to provide accurate information and answer customer questions. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to promote products or services and address customer objections effectively. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads and opportunities during conversations with prospects.

High school diploma or equivalent some college education may be preferred. Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and convincing communication style. Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and objections. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a competitive spirit. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adapt to changing sales strategies and techniques. Patience and resilience to handle rejection.
