Job Description

Position :- Executive - IT Qualification :- Graduate with good basic IT skills (BCA, MCA etc.), Preferred Engineer (IT/ CS) not mandatory; Experience 2-4 Years Location Delhi 2. Major Responsibilities Description of Responsibility 1. Familiar with some kind of ticketing tool Updating data in the Sales force CRM Portal like, addition and update of Team and Account 2. Data upload Journey plans for team members etc. 3. Reporting reasons of all the complaints registered and analysis of the same. 4. Basic understanding of CRM Portal would be advisable but not necessary 5. Co-Ordination with internal sales team and the partners regarding application 3. Personal Traits required for Position: 1. Good written oral and verbal communication, able to connect with stake holders 2. Knowledge of MS - Office (Word , Excel, PowerPoint) is required 3. Quick learning skills, able to understand the business and its requirements quickly 5. Positive, Goal Orientated with strong work ethics
