• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent consulting skills such as ability to effectively multi-task, strong prioritization skills, and client management skills • Strong process orientation; ability to drive process improvements • Minimum of 8 year’s proven experience in team management and small-scale project management. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a 24/7 support team. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in application maintenance / debugging • Demonstrated ability to work in remote and widely distributed team environments. • Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, short term and long term planning skills. • Demonstrated ability to assess team skills, create team development and career development plans • Demonstrated ability in Scrum / Agile process running a full development / product life cycle. • Experience working and troubleshooting in Linux platform • Advanced knowledge in SQL and working knowledge of DB Structure (Oracle and SQL Server) • Strong Experience in Backend Technologies i.e. JAVA • Strong Experience in any UI Technology i.e., Angular / React.
