We Required Sales Engineer for German MNC at Powai. Min Exp- 2 to 4 years in Sales of Valves. Ctc- As Per Industry. Job Profile- Generate RFQs/enquiries from existing as well as new customers across India as part of widening of customer base. *Schedule meetings/virtual meetings with potential customers to discuss on upcoming projects etc. and future orders if any. Visits to be made twice in a month and recorded on meeting reports. *Track open quotation status with customers on monthly basis, maintain database for the quotations and existing orders. *Update and maintain master record for enquiries, projects, quotations submission and status, orders secured. *Closely follow up on project news, updates on e-journal, social media platforms etc. for any upcoming projects and project updates. * Act as a ‘one-point’ / frontline contact between the customers and the organization to resolve technical and commercial issues, during both pre & post order execution. * Expediting post-order activities within organisation to ensure on-time completion of the projects. * Responsible for vendor/customer registrations for company global sites. * Assist the site service personnel during emergency scenario at project site. Coordinate between site engineering team and company technician to resolve the issue smoothly. * Generate ASN (Advance shipping notification) on RIL e-biz portal for all company group sites prior to dispatches. * Assist Sales manager in Managing e-magazines, online web-portals, forums (including LinkedIn) for leads and enquiry generation from various connections. *Follow up of payments before due dates and specific cases of outstanding payments to ensure cash flow.
